The professional profiles within the identity chain require a differentiation in knowledge level and skills. The development and updating of the corresponding competence profiles is an ongoing process because professional profile related processes and technologies are changing at an ever faster pace. IDcentre uses a pyramidal training structure in which competence levels are subdivided into learning objectives that match those professional profiles.
The learning objectives are mapped according to the Sectorial Qualification Framework (SQF) and are linked to competence development programs. The SQF is part of the European Qualification Framework (EQF) which aims to harmonize professional profiles in the EU within various sectors, resulting in harmonization in the levels of equal professional profiles.
